Rally Rev Up Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility The Rally Rev Up Contest ("Contest") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Ciro Corporation, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period The Contest begins on 2/1/2025 at 12:01 AM and ends on 2/15/2025 at 11:59 PM CST. All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

·   Participants may enter through the designated entry landing page on the Goldstrike website. “www.Goldstrike3D.com”

o   Participants can enter once per day via the website during the contest period.

·   Additional entry opportunities will be available on social media once or twice per week.

o   Instructions for these entries will be provided on Goldstrike’s official social media channels.

4. Prize ONE winner will be selected from the Goldstrike contest entries and winner will receive a $500 virtual gift card.

·   Gift cards are valid only for purchases on www.Goldstrike3D.com and cannot be used at rallies or other events.

·   Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

·   Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

·   Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during entry or online channels and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

·   Winners will be announced on 2/17/2025 on Goldstrike’s official social media channels.

6. General Conditions

·   By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Ciro Corporation, which are final and binding.

·   Goldstrike reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

·   Goldstrike is not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, or misdirected due to technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ciro Corporation, Goldstrike, their affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Privacy Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared or sold to third parties. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Goldstrike, which they may opt out of at any time.

9. Governing Law The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Sponsor The Contest is sponsored by Ciro Corporation, with each individual brand running its respective contest independently.
